STOCK DELIVERY
The delivery of orders containing products offered by Nikstyle.bg/shop is made by a courier company indicated by the Buyer to the address or office of the forwarding company indicated by him / her. The orders / services for the territory of Bulgaria are free of charge. For goods that are discounted or promoted, free shipping is dropped regardless of the value of the order. The delivery price is determined by the terms of the courier company specified by the Buyer.
The seller will ensure the proper packaging of the Goods and the sending of the accompanying documents.
The details regarding the delivery of the Goods / Services including but not limited to the delivery / performance period do not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller to perform the respective delivery / performance of the relevant Service on a specific date. Accordingly, the Customer is not entitled to any compensation in the event that the date on which the Seller has announced that it will deliver the Goods or will perform the Service is not respected.
Nikstyle.bg/shop provides the opportunity for international orders to which these Terms and Conditions apply. International deliveries are made after the forwarding of the Goods to the Purchaser and the corresponding delivery price, which is at the expense of the Purchaser. In order to make an international delivery it is necessary to pay in advance the value of the order and the delivery costs.
